Our take
I picked up this Whataburger-themed sleeve of Titleist Velocity balls as a novelty, but they perform well too. The Velocity is a high-speed ball with low spin off the driver, giving good distance. Around the greens, they offer decent control for a two-piece ball. At $8.99 for 3 balls, it's pricier per ball than standard Velocity dozen, but the unique branding is cool for collectors. If you want a reliable distance ball with a fun design, these are worth a try. Not a huge difference from standard Velocity.
